Well, just a short one for today. First, I got an issue assigned by the helpdesk, stating that one of our corporate customers complained about their internet connection. Finally, after a long wait and a long evening of aiming my dish, I now have TV. With shitloads of channels :)
Thanks to my colleagues who basically did all the hard work, including patiently turning the dish back and forth until we got a signal!
