“Problems”
Well, just a short one for today. First, I got an issue assigned by the helpdesk, stating that one of our corporate customers complained about their internet connection. According to them, it was terribly slow. It took me (and the support agent who basically asked to confirm) about 3 seconds to figure; they were simply using the link completely. So that solved that problem, they can hunt someone down at their own office :)
The other thing was an appointment with (yet another) customer, to do some on-site checkup of their network. Only the guy we made the appointment with thought we ment something different. Turned out to be an early night that way \o/
