The new toys arrived! Thanks to the Steve Express we can now fit even more stuff on our file server! After hooking up the disk (and reformatting to EXT3), I could start moving stuff around, which had been piled up on my laptop and several other boxes ..
For some reason, though, I’m not able to get a transferrate higher than 2Mbyte/s. And that’s directly connected to the switch, using FTP. Oh well, it’ll do for now, just a long wait for 100Gb+ to transfer ;)

Anyhow, I really like the NSLU2 from linksys, it’s still a very easy way to just hook some harddrives, and share them on the network. Yay for 820G \o/
